KAMP-BUD has in its offer year-round homes built in a modular system which allows joining modules at your location.Consequently, we build a structure according to your needs with a volume from 36 to 110 m2. Modular homes have framework construction made of wood and steel. The framework is made of quenched steel and steel profiles joint with beams. It makes the construction solid, stable and durable. Advantages of modular building: Reduced time of realisation – individual modules are produced beforehand but they are assembled and finished off on the building site within 3 days. Durability – our buildings maintain performance characteristics comparable to traditional building thanks to steel elements used in the construction. Wide range of usage – modules can be built on any plot of land, without a building permit. You can apply for a building permit after moving in. Modules are used in different types of buildings, mainly residential, as well as in food service, sanitary and commercial trailers, in agritourism and turism. Ecology – our homes do not require a traditional foundation. They have an economical heating system, solid windows and doors, as well as thermal insulation according to standards applied in traditional buildings. A source of the heat is a fireplace which distributes heat to every room or a fireplace with a water jacket and radiators. The houses are very economical and keep the warmth inside very well. They are not permanently fixed to the ground therefore they can be disassembled and moved to another plot of land. Economy – price per square meter is much more attractive in comparison to a price in a traditional construction. External walls: trapezoidal sheet in different colours or imitating wood, wooden bard at additional cost, styrofoam insulation 15 cm, foil vapour barrier, OSB board Internal walls: OSB board, mineral fibres 5 cm Flooring: wooden panels, 15 cm of mineral fibre insulation, double foil vapour barrier, OSB board, double wire mesh against rodents made from fiberglass and tinned steel Roof: wooden or PVC panels, foil vapour barrier, mineral fibres 15 cm, vapour permeable membrane, onduline sheets, or trapezoidal sheet at additional cost Windows: double glazed windows with 6-chamber system External door: metal door insulated with styrofoam Internal door: Installations: Water and severage (plastic pipes PE-X-COAL16x2,0 i couplings PE-X, waterspouts PVC, electric boiler 80 liters, or gas instantaneous water heater Electric (wire 3x2,5 YDY, protected in circuits 10A and 16A) Heating (fireplace with distribution system to all rooms, or with a water jacket Radio and television (sockets, coaxial cable) Bathroom: shower cabin, sink with a water tap and a cupboard, toilet Bedroom: fitted wardrobe Aditonal fittings are available to individual client's order.
