Our year-round and modular houses, both with thermal insulation and economical heating systems, have 2 years warranty and do not require a building permit.

It is you who designs the interior of the house, the colours and furnishing. Our role is to deliver the house to you within 20 days wherever you want, place it and hand the keys wishing you a nice time in your unique and individually designed house.

We produce year-round houses, modular houses, static caravans and caravans. Caravan and modular house, similarly to year-round house and static caravan, do not require any permits. They can be placed on any plot of land and are treated as temporary buildings.

Our houses can be used all year round. We use a good quality thermal insulation which protects the interior of the house against both low and high temperatures outside. The houses do not require preservation and are protected against corrosion and damp. All walls and rooms have good ventilation.

The building process is divided into 4 stages
1) Steel and wooden construction with two-wheel suspension and detachable hook or without wheels.
2) Building shell
3) Raw state (windows, doors, all installations without sanitary fixtures assembly)
4) Finishing state (flooring, fitted wardrobe, kitchen, refrigerator, sink, toilet, shower cabin)

We give you a possibility to order a house in a raw state and design the interior individually.
